GIFS Summit 2026 calls for practical, inclusive pathways to scale green finance for India’s MSMEs

The Green Indian Financial System (GIFS) Initiative convened Parivartan: Finance for Green Transition 2026 in Mumbai, bringing together key stakeholders to advance practical approaches for scaling inclusive and gender-responsive green finance. Discussions focused on strengthening capital mobilization, adaptation finance, and gender-responsive finance, with an emphasis on turning promising solutions into durable, scalable systems for India’s MSMEs and last-mile communities.
